Founded in 2001, Florence PC, LLC. is headquartered in Florence, South Carolina with current onsite operations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia as well as remote operations throughout the United States. The company operates a retail storefront for walk-in customers in Florence, South Carolina with convenient hours Monday through Saturday. The company also operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including including holidays for it's contract customers. Customers can contact us via email 24-hours a day. Our certified technicians are issued a blackberry and are required to answer emails 24 hours a day. We strive for a response time of two (2) hours or less for most situations.

We are a company that specializes in computer and network system maintenance and have developed a unique approach tor meeting the common objectives of efficient operation and maximum up-time for critical environments.
